Funky monkey 🐒 pancakes
•Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder in a large bowl wisk and set aside.
•In a separate bowl, combine milk, eggs, vanilla extract and melted butter
•Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients little by little until all in combined
•Gently fold in the banana, chocolate chips and nuts
•Heat your skillet to medium coat it with butter or cooking spray
•With a scoop add to your skillet a scoop of the batter to form a round pancake
•Cook until bubbles start to form in the top of the pancake then flip over with spatula and cook for a couple more minutes
•Continue doing this until all pancake batter is gone
Condiments: maple syrup, chocolate chips, nuts and diced banana
